Delightful rendition of faux stir fried beef, a must try!
1 can (1lb. 4oz) Worthington Skallops/ home made gluten steaks
2 Tbsp olive oil
dash of cayenne pepper, optional
1 in. finger fresh ginger, peeled and grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
4-5 green onions, chopped
2 tsp Bill’s Best Beaf seasoning
3/4 C warm water
1 can lite coconut milk
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 C cold water
Cut Skallops/home made gluten steaks into large bite-size pieces. Heat olive oil in dutch oven. Brown Skallop pieces on all sides to a rich, dark color and set aside. Saute together grated ginger, minced garlic and chopped green onions. In a bowl mix Bill’s Best Beaf seasoning with warm water and add to skallops. Add coconut milk. Stir and cook on medium heat until mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Mix corn starch with cold water and add to cooked mixture. Mix and stir until juices thicken. Serve over rice or noodles.
