Can’t do wheat? Satisfy your sweet tooth with this celiac friendly recipe that would taste great served with ice cream.
3/4 C molasses
1/4 C honey
1/2 C boiling water
4 Tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp baking soda
2 C gluten free flour
2 tsp xanthan powder
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Bake in greased pan for 25 to 30 minutes.
