1. Have a volunteer read Exodus 33:12-17.

Ask class members to share a short thought on what the most important point is in this passage.
What did Moses ask God to teach him? Why did he deman God’s presence to lead them?
Personal Application: What is the difference between knopwing about God and knowing God? What is your relationship with Him? Share your thoughts.
Case Study: One of your relatives states, “How do you explain the beuty of God’s character based on God’s self-revelation in Exodus to those who want to know what your God is like?” How would you respond to your relative?

2. Have a volunteer read Exodus 33:18-23.

Ask class members to share a thought on what the most important point in this text is.
How did God answer Moses’ request to see His glory?
Personal Application: How much time do you spend focusing on the cross and what it tells you about the character of God? Share your thoughts.
