ANN Celebrates its 500th Episode; and other world news

This week presents a very special episode of ANN Video. We are celebrating our 500th consecutive episode! It’s hard to believe that for almost 10 years, we’ve been sharing weekly news from around the worldwide Seventh-day Adventist Church. Today, we look back at the past episodes and share our dreams for the future. “Everyone can’t go and travel to various churches around the world, but the feeling of family and unity is the same feeling watching ANN and seeing the news about the church all around the world,” says Mark Kellner, former Assistant Director of Communications. “It’s a unifying, important factor in bringing and keeping Seventh-day Adventists together as we are united in mission.” We give back all glory to God as we’ve witnessed how this ministry from the basement of the General Conference building has reached out and worked with the global Adventist churches. Within less than a decade, ANN Video has expanded into ANN Video in Spanish and ANN International. We acknowledge everyone who supported and worked so hard to bring this program to the world each week. We look forward to continuing to bring you hope-filled news from the Adventist Church for more years. As David Trim would always quote and remind us in his segment, This Week, “We have nothing to fear for the future, except as we shall forget the way the Lord has led us, and His teaching in our past history” (Life Sketches 196.2).
