Will you answer God’s call to love the forgotten? Will you say, “Here I am, Lord, I will go?” Global Youth Day 2022, with the theme, “Loving the Forgotten,” has the power to have a significant influence, not only on youth globally, but on all church members. It is based on Matthew 25:31-40, where Jesus instructs His disciples to serve Him by feeding the hungry, welcoming strangers, clothing the naked, encouraging the sick, and visiting prisoners. This initiative aims to reach out to those who are often ignored. It aims to challenge all young people throughout the globe to reach out in love to prisoners, refugees, the elderly, and missing members of the church. It is indeed true that there is no mountain too tall that we cannot climb. There’s no ocean too wide that we cannot cross. We will all go for Jesus – to share His love and grace with everyone around us. The Seventh-day Adventist Church has been an established denomination since 1863. A global Christian family with over 21 million members who hold the Bible as the ultimate authority. We are believers who promise to help people understand the Bible to find freedom, healing, and hope in Jesus. Want to learn more about the Seventh-day Adventist Church?
