Within the nearby bar, the owner, Eliah, began to listen and take an interest in the 'Rays of Hope' program being broadcast from Mama Miyembe's garden. Intrigued by the sermon, he found the channel on his own radio for a clearer listening experience. As he served his customers, he listened intently to the messages from the program. Soon, he was not the only one listening; the regular patrons, who came by for a drink, started to listen and ask questions.
