Why Does God Say, “Worship Me”?

Whether we admit it or not, inherent within our human hearts is the desire to worship, be it money, power, celebrities, possessions, or yourself. Your deity is whatever dominates your life and gives it direction and inspiration; it’s what drives you. Jesus stated it simply: “For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve Him only.’” – Matthew 4:10. But some may object: Why does God say, “Worship Me?” ===
