Join Pastor Ted Wilson on a reflective journey, asking if you are ready to say, "I will go," and allow God's light to shine through you in all aspects of life. It explores the willingness to be a beacon of God's love and truth, whether in familiar surroundings or foreign lands. The video encourages embracing the Holy Spirit, being like salt that preserves others for God's kingdom, and shining His light wherever you are sent. It's a call to say, "Yes, Lord, send me," and to embrace the mission of spreading divine love and truth. #Shorts #YouTubeShorts To watch the full video from Elder Ted Wilson, president of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, paste this link into your browser: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpO-bGdxbl8&list=PL-k2Gb-DBYo_ANrUJhHN2_4bSlMDTjuqQ&index=50 Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UG0NDE74e1s

Adventist History: Publication of Te Maramarama
This week in Adventist history, we remember the work of the people in the Eastern Polynesian Mission, with a special focus on the publication of “Te Maramarama” ("The Lightbearer"). On December 17, 1906, "Te Maramarama," translated as "The Lightbearer," was introduced as a magazine printed for the people of the Society Islands in their native language. Continuing its publication until 1964, this magazine played a pivotal role in evangelism, overcoming challenges imposed by French government laws in Tahiti. Michael Younker delves deeper into this story on This Week in Adventist History. For more Adventist stories and events, be sure to visit https://encyclopedia.adventist.org/.
