Dr David R Williams, PhD shares a presentation on effectively confronting the challenges of domestic violence. How can the church make a difference? Dr. Williams is a Professor at Harvard University and Associate Director (hon.) of the Health Ministries Department of the Seventh-day Adventist World Church. There are many faces of domestic violence and abuse. In this video, you will learn practical ways that you and the church can help and respond to domestic abuse. This presentation is a part of the General Conference Annual Council 2020 and is part of the church's enditnow global initiative. This is is an initiative to raise awareness and advocate for the end of violence around the world. It aims to mobilize Seventh-day Adventists around the world and invites other community groups to join in to resolve this worldwide issue.
