Marriage is a lasting covenant that should last a lifetime. This is by God’s design, not to be changed by trends and popular opinions. So, why would you want to sign a contract for life? It’s better to look at it as a companion for life, a faithful partner for life, a stable home for life, and love that can envelope and grow into a family…for life. Jesus said, "…Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate" (Matthew 19:6, NIV). If God Himself is part of the equation, the equation is solid as stone.
