The dedication of a high school maths teacher had a big impact on Louise Huang. She wanted to be a doctor but, with COVID on the mind, wondered about some of the associated risks. “He asked if I’d consider teaching. ‘No way,’ I said. Welsh Mission Day of Fellowship and Ordination
On Sabbath 18 September, for the first time since the lockdown, members from within the Welsh Mission territory were able to come together for a Day of Fellowship. In Matthew 20, we are told of a couple of disciples who wanted Jesus to make them His right-hand men. They believed they deserved this "promotion" instead of the other 10 disciples. Jesus basically says to them, "You want to be a leader? Learn to serve! Don't you see that I came to serve and not to be served?!" What is in your heart? The devil's pride or Christ's humility?
