Mentioned at length in the well-known Ten Commandments of Judaism and Christianity, the Sabbath is a key spoke in the wheel of the Seventh-day Adventist understanding and appreciation of the Bible. But what is it? Where did it come from? And why is it still important thousands of years after its inception at the beginning of the world? Does the Sabbath matter today? And should Christians keep the Sabbath?
