Newbold College of Higher Education has announced an extension of their remote online learning experience for the 2020 autumn semester. As a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and following thorough consideration, the decision was made to ensure that the health and safety of both students and staff remain a top priority.
The decision is in line with the pathway being taken by a number of other universities and higher education providers worldwide.

On April 27, Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) donated 2,100 masks to the Central District Hospital of Pavlovsky Posad, Moscow Region. The next day, 800 masks were transferred to Psychiatric Hospital No. 8 in the city of Orekhovo-Zuevo, Moscow Region.
The donated masks were sewn by members of the Adventist community of Ivanovo, who continue to work on making more. Church members plan to distribute 6,000 masks around the Central Association territory.
