Adventist History: Dedication of the New Westminster Ukrainian Adventist Church
This week in Adventist history, we look into the dedication of the New Westminster Ukrainian Seventh-day Adventist Church in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada, on October 9, 1949. The church was initially served by Pastor Nichol Bodrug, who had a remarkable life journey, including immigration to Canada, the loss of his first wife to the influenza pandemic, and pastoral service in the Vancouver area. Ashlee Chism tells us more about this story on This Week in Adventist History. Visit https://encyclopedia.adventist.org/ for more Adventist stories and events.
