#bcstewardshipstories In this video, Sister Thorp reveals her love for flowers and the lonely souls. Inspired by God, she found a way to convey her attraction to flowers to bring comfort and inspiration to those who are going through challenging situations in life. The beauty though is that God has given different talents to all of us to use as channels to propagate His love. I pray that we place ourselves in God’s hands and sincerely allow the Holy Spirit to use us to witness about God’s love and His plan of salvation and to grow His kingdom. He can provide amazing opportunities for us to share His love if we are only willing to allow Him to guide & inspire us to do His work, for His honour and glory! This video reveals God’s love, mercy, and care for each one of us, and it appeals to us to make the best use of our gifts the Lord has bestowed upon us as a loving response to His greatest gift ever given to humanity – Jesus Christ (John 3:16-17). Stewardship Story: Adventist Education – David “A Life of Service”
#BCStewardshipStories This video features David Jukes, teacher at FVAA who recently came out of retirement to help our school who needed a Math teacher. He has taught for 46 years (now 47) as a committed teacher who loves teaching – what an achievement and a life of service in God’s Cause! There is no question that Bro. David received a high call from the Lord to minister to our young people in our schools. God has given him some special gifts and he shares them with those he minsters to. Bro. David has been an inspiration for his dedication and passion to instill in the young lives of our children not only with the desire for high academic achievement but also an example of a life of one who has accepted Jesus as his Savour and has dedicated the time to help shape characters for eternity!
