I am the One who lives; I was dead, but look, I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys to death and to the place of the dead.

7.1 A sealed tomb
The High Priests sealed the tomb to prevent Jesus to be resurrected. It was in vain.

7.2 He is risen!
The miracle of the resurrection!

7.3 Many arose with Him
Another miracle, many more were resurrected

7.4 Witnesses of the risen Christ
Hundreds have seen the risen Saviour.

7.5 “The first fruits of those who have died”
If Christ had not been risen from the dead we would have been without hope.

7.6 Summary
The resurrection is the greatest hope because it goes beyond death.
