Often when we look back on our lives we see a chain of circumstances where one decision led to the next and the next, and we realize that each decision led us to where we are today. There is a stigma around mental health; therefore, it is important to have conversations about the topic because all of us approach our mental wellness differently. For years, Liz Pule did not pay attention to her emotional wellbeing until she hit the wall and felt very empty. When she turned to God's Word, resting in Jesus, and being in nature Liz found such comfort and healing.
