On November 1st, we turned our clocks back an hour. Daylight Savings Time is upon us. Sure, we got an extra hour of sleep, but now our mornings are brighter and our evenings our darker. That seemingly small adjustment of just an hour can have a major effect on our wellbeing in more ways than we may realize.
