This was especially true for Nicodemus and the Pharisees. When Jesus Christ came before the masses, He presented Himself as the Son of God and fulfillment of prophecy. But to the people of Israel, Jesus seemed an unlikely answer to their problems. The problem Israel faced back then is the same problem we face today: sin. And as it was back then, Jesus is still the answer to that problem. But how many of us are always looking elsewhere for solutions? How many expect to find answers in the innovations of man?
