Death of Pastor Ronald John Davey
We were saddened to learn of the death of Pastor Ron Davey on 11 April 2021. Pastor Davey was born on the 4th of April 1932 in Aldershot. On the 19th of December 1953 he married Iris Nina Smith and their union brought about Gary, Lorrae and Kerie
Before entering denominational employment Pastor Davey worked as a Typist and Senior Clerk. He began his denominational employment as a Literature Evangelist for the North England Conference (SEC) in 1957. Death of Pastor Rafael Luz
We were saddened to learn of the death of Pastor Rafael Luz on 5 April 2021. Pastor Luz was born on 15 May 1967 in Brazil. On 21 August 2005 he married Sheilla Ferraz and their union brought about Shawn and Timothy.
Pastor Luz joined the Seventh-day Adventist Church denominational service in the UK in 2005 as the Dean of Boarding at Stanborough School. BUC Latest Tithes Report
As we move towards the latter stages of lockdown easing, we recognise the falling numbers and pray for those affected by health challenges.
BUC February 2021 tithe of £3,689,355 shows a -5.1% decrease (-£198,111) on 2020. Against our budget we are £14,824 (-3.9%) down against our 2021 projections.
