#walkforadra
On the 1 June ADRA-UK launches it’s three month new and healthy fundraising initiative, #walkforadra. The aim is to raise at least £50,000 by walking £50,000 miles to help some of the most vulnerable communities in the world.

May 2021 President’s Report: New Doors Opening in Unexpected Places!
When Isaiah heard the voice of God say, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” he immediately replied, “Here I am, send me!” The question is still being asked today, and we have the opportunity to reply, “I will go!” That’s what my wife Kathy and I proposed in our hearts many years ago, and it’s what AWR is all about—being on the front lines of the battle for a name—the name of Jesus. In this short video, I briefly share some of our experiences through the years, along with a few of the projects AWR is involved with right now—new doors that are opening in unexpected places! When we allow God to place us in the center of his action, amazing things begin to happen. It’s only then that the real adventure begins—an adventure of faith. Thank you for being a part of this ministry, and for joining us in the greatest calling ever: the saving of souls for the kingdom of heaven. —Duane McKey, President MB01V17EO1RIH3G Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vd90ozqOiAc

Pointing out a person’s strengths, or assuring them that an adverse personality trait is not as large to the rest of us as it is in their minds, can be life-changing. Jesus was the master at such conversations. That’s what we’re going to […] Source: https://atoday.org/at1-may-28-2021/
