The Seventh-day Adventist Church has intentionally become more focused on supporting and raising awareness for people with mental health issues. The latest initiative is a moving film where the storyline deals with issues of anxiety and depression. A listener survey conducted by Hope Radio in Kiribati has found that many people who have been tuning in to the radio station are now seeking Bible studies.
Hope Radio announcer Tarataake Angiraoi said the radio station has been working with young people from the Adventist churches in Tarawa to conduct the survey of around 5,000 homes. According to the survey, of those people who own radios, most of them are tuning in to Hope Radio.

I facilitated a presentation/workshop on Tshwane East Seventh-day Adventist Church’s Music Festival some years back.
