Makes a quick, delicious salad dressing.
1 med cucumber or zucchini
1 med tomato
2 cloves garlic
1 sm onion
1/2″ fresh ginger
1 C cashews
1/2 C oil
2 C water
1 Tbsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1 Tbsp yellow yeast flakes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the amount of water to the thickness you desire the dressing to be.
Servings: 4 cups
