What do you do with a dying church? Leaders and members of the Elmshaven Seventh-day Adventist knew their days were numbered if things didn’t change. Their attendance was dwindling, and the prospects that things would turn around were bleak. But closing a church was the last thing they wanted to do. In order to survive, they knew that their concept of church needed to change, and their idea of ministry needed to be re-visioned, re-focused and re-energized.
