Here are some revitalizing updates from the Seventh-day Adventist community: In California, USA, the Adventist Development and Relief Agency donated 1.6 million medical-grade masks to Loma Linda University Health. The effort supports the hospital's ongoing battle against COVID-19, especially in protecting frontline workers. In Monterrey, Mexico, members of the Vértice Seventh-day Adventist Church continue to impact their community. For nearly a year, the Padrinos project has been distributing food packages and school kits to families affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The project intends to provide for the more specific health needs of the residents. In Indonesia, ADRA was quick to assist the West Sulawesi region after the area was devastated by three earthquakes January 14-16. ADRA distributed shelter kits to approximately 2,000 people, and the team continues to collect data on additional pressing needs of survivors.
