A Special Message of Mercy from Pastor Ted Wilson

June 5, 2020 By admin

How can we show mercy to others and do what is right? This has been a very challenging and difficult time with racist and prejudiced situations, COVID-19 suffering all across this globe, economic upheaval, unemployment, and so many other challenges all across this planet. Through all of this, God calls us to be his hands and his feet to bring healing and hope to those around us. We don't always do what is right. The Lord says to love mercy. God shows mercy to us. We need to show mercy to other people and to help them in their time of need and to. Be concerned about them and to help them in a very special way. We need to walk humbly with your God. This is an opportunity for us to share Christ and to serve him with humility, to show value to every human being, to show value to human dignity and to bring Christ to people being his hands and his feet, showing healing and hope. Hope is so important and it is so needed today. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YsjryFR8RDs

Incertezza, il film!

June 5, 2020 By admin

Come imparare a gestire l'incertezza?

Seek Wisdom From Above

June 5, 2020 By admin

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. James 3:17.

Dear Edson and Emma: … My greatest desire is that you may be a polished instrument in the hand of God to be used to His glory.

I hope you will not think you can go forward in your own strength relying upon your own judgment. Seek wisdom from above. Be true, be noble in purpose. Be elevated in life, and may the God of peace sanctify you wholly, soul, body, and spirit. Do not cease searching and studying and getting at the very bottom of things. God will help you in all your earnest efforts, my dear children. If you both consecrate yourselves unselfishly to God and to His work, He will accept you. You will not have the reward here, but you must look for the reward by and by when the “Well done” is spoken by the Master….

All who enter heaven must be brought to the test and tried as gold in the fire even in this world. Our greatest danger will be in a carnal security. God help you, my children, to never boast in self. Unless you both watch unto prayer, you will fail at last. Never fancy it a brave life to live at ease….

Be sure, my son, dig deep, lay the foundation sure. Do not … [be deficient in] thoroughness in your efforts to seek God. Do not seek to cover up or gloss over one sin, but search deep. Guard against moving from impulse, calling it religious zeal. Surrounding influence may affect the feelings of many. The good example of others may have weight for a season, but if the heart is not renewed, if it is not thoroughly converted, it will return naturally to its own element. Watch, my dear children, against self-deception. Selfish ends may want to creep and insinuate themselves into the best actions, but give no place to the devil. Stir up your souls with daily fears of sin. Connect with heaven, and angels will minister unto you….

Cling to Jesus, your Redeemer. He has given you continual evidences of His love in that He has given you adversity time and again. If we cannot bear these lighter trials, if a little lift of prosperity or adversity discover in us falseness, pride, and selfishness in the heart, if we yield to discouragement and to sin, if the scoffs and frowns of wicked men afflict us and take away our courage and hope, and we faint in the day of adversity, O, how shall we stand when He appeareth? …

We pray for you often. We believe the Lord is helping and blessing you. Aim high. Seek for more dignity—that which is of heavenly birth. Mother.—Letter 23, July 13, 1875, to Edson and Emma White.

Dear Friends
One of the most beautiful passages in the Bible is Isaiah 52:13-53:12. Every verse points to our Loving Creator, Who “made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.” Phil 2:7,8
“Behold, my servant shall deal prudently, he shall be exalted and extolled, and be very high. As many were astonied at thee; his visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men: So shall he sprinkle many nations; the kings shall shut their mouths at him: for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider. Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth. Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.
He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.” Isa 52:13-53:12
What wonderful love! Who can comprehend it! When our first parents disobeyed God’s express command, He did not leave mankind to suffer for their sin. No! “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” John 3:16,17
Let us daily meditate upon His great love for us. Let us open our heart’s door to the One Who calls, “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.” Rev 3:20,21 Let us share this good news of salvation with others that they, too, may worship the One Who loves us so.

Incertezza – trailer

June 5, 2020 By admin

What’s With the Demons?

June 5, 2020 By admin

by Lawrence Downing  |  4 June 2020 | The front cover blurbs of the April 2020 Ministry magazine grab one’s attention. “And deliver us from evil…” it announces, followed by a quote from Selected Messages Book 2, page 53: “There is to be among God’s people no spiritual stupidity. 1 John 3:17

If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.

Tithe Up Despite Coronavirus Challenge

June 5, 2020 By admin

Despite the challenging economic conditions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Australia has seen a rise in tithe.
According to Australian Union Conference Chief Financial Officer Peter Cameron, it was anticipated that tithe contributions might drop as a result of the temporary closure of churches due to COVID-19 lockdown measures. However the opposite has happened.
“We had expected the level of tithe to reduce in April as a result of the first full month of not…Source: http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/ann-en/~3/Qg6xIBCPSVM/

Bible Discovery reading program leads to reopening of Papua New Guinea church

June 5, 2020 By admin

A pioneer branch church that closed more than a decade ago in New Ireland Province, Papua New Guinea, reopened on April 10 after locals were introduced to the Bible Discovery Reading program.
Following an evangelism campaign in June 2019, many new contacts expressed interest in learning more about the Bible. This led to the formation of small groups and new church plants.
Pastor Julius Divu, the former Personal Ministries and Sabbath School director, ran training on the Discovery Bible Reading…Source: http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/ann-en/~3/Qv_B8aK5Kq0/

Amid the challenges of this woerld, God calls us to be His hands and feet to bring healing and hope to those around us.

Greetings to each of you. This has been a very challenging and difficult week with racist and prejudiced situations, COVID-19 suffering all across this globe, economic upheaval, unemployment, and so many other challenges all across this planet. You know, in all of this, God calls us to be His hands and His feet to bring healing and hope to those around us. Micah 6:8 is a favorite of mine. I share it with many world leaders as I visit them.
