2018 Sonscreen "Confessionals"

These 2018 Sonscreen filmmaker “confessionals” are featured with the Adventist Journey magazine feature story in March. In this video, several young filmmakers share their thoughts on, and their reasons for, making films. Sonscreen Film Festival is the NAD’s annual gathering for Christian young adults who have a passion for using film and video for the purpose of creating timely and relevant productions for social awareness, outreach, and uplifting creative entertainment. Presidential statement of condolence in light of recent violence

Over the past few days the Seventh-day Adventist Church has been deeply saddened by the news of violence and the loss of innocent lives due to prejudice and hate.
We express our deep condolences to the families of the two African-Americans who were senselessly shot and killed in what appears to be an act of racially-motivated violence at a supermarket in Jeffersontown, Kentucky.

Our topic of the Early Church bring us our first hymn:  Hymn 304, “Faith of Our Fathers” . The fellowship of the believers in the Early Church followed  Hymn 469, “Leaning on the Everlasting Arms” . Another Comforter, the Holy Spirit, was sent to accompany the Early Church in their ministry, and will also today:  Hymn 268, “Holy Spirit, Light Divine”
