Some of us have experienced anxiety throughout the lockdown. Peter, in the Bible, also struggled with anxiety and self-doubt which can make him relatable to us now. Jesus let Peter have his humbling experiences because He knew Peter would need to learn from the storm. Like us, Peter was a work in progress. If God has the power to do amazing things like removing Peter’s self-doubt, He can do it for us! More than 2 billion people worldwide believe in the Bible and God’s power to change lives for the better. Just like the story of Peter, all we have to do is to have an unwavering confidence in Jesus. Whenever we are frightened, pray to our Almighty Savior. To follow our official social media accounts, just follow the links below:

Adventist Church Starts Global 10 Days of Prayer Campaign; and other world news
This week on ANN. ANN sat down with Dr. Katia Reinert to discuss maintaining a healthy lifestyle during the new year and the Youth Alive Ministry. Every Adventist member has been praying that this year would be different than last, that COVID would end, and we would be able to see our family and friends again safely. While many restrictions have eased, COVID-19 still looms over almost everyone, and everyone faces another year of uncertainty. Even uncertainty prevails, God is ultimately in control, and His deep love, mercy, and grace are with His children always. Adventist Church’s prayer initiative 10 Days of Prayer will happen from January 5-15. 10 Days of Prayer is the time when Seventh-day Adventists from all over the world come together to pray corporately. ANN sat down with Jonathan Walter, communication manager for the Ministerial Association, to talk about the Adventist Church’s Believe His Prophets Bible reading program and the theme of “The Three Angels Call to Prayer.” March 19 is Global Youth Day. Global Youth Day is when young people from all over the world take the time to “Be the Sermon” in their communities. This year’s theme is “Loving the Forgotten.” The Youth Department sends this report. Adventist Church will be having its 10 Days of Prayer from January 5-15. The Church will finish its Believe His Prophets reading plan on January 13, and it will start again on January 14. More information can be found at revivalandreformation.org. On January 18, the Adventist Church will hold a special General Conference Session, with just one agenda item—to allow GC Session to be held online, due to COVID-19 travel restrictions which could impact GC Session this June in St. Louis. Also, the Children’s Virtual Global Conference will be held on January 27 and 28. On April 12 and 13, the Adventist Church executive committee will hold its annual Spring Meetings. And finally, from June 6 through 11, the Seventh-day Adventist World Church will have its General Conference Session. The meetings will be held in St. Louis, Missouri. Most people make a few New Year’s resolutionsーthey want to renew their relationship with God, continue their relationships with others, and get healthy. ANN talked to Dr. Katia Reinert, Associate Director of Health Ministries for the World Church, about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and the mental health initiative for young people, Youth Alive. Blood of Christ: The Promise of Eternal Life
Blood is a symbol of life. As Christians, we believe the blood of Christ has played an important role in our lives since the beginning. It gives us hope for eternal life. The blood of Christ atoned for our sins. It paid for the transgressions of all humanity. The Lamb of God freed everyone from the bondage of sin. The blood of Jesus serves as a reminder that Satan has already been defeated. Satan and sin have lost control of us. Instead, a promise of eternal life will be given to those who will follow and live a life of obedience. #HopeOfEternalLife #TheBloodofJesus #LambofGod Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W-fUodCuCZU
Love [What is God’s Message For You This New Year?]—Pastor Ted Wilson
It's the end of another difficult year brought about by the COVID pandemic, unstable religious and political situations, natural disasters, and many more. As challenging as it has been, it's good to reflect on ways we can face this new year with confidence. On January 3, 1900, Ellen White wrote a letter to Brother and Sister Sisley in Australia: "I greet you this morning with a 'Happy New Year.' Another year, with its burden of record, has passed into eternity. We know not what that record is, and cannot know till the judgement. But a new year has commenced, and I feel like dedicating myself anew to God—soul, body, heart, and strength. A new page is turned. What shall be the record of this new year? What shall be its revelations in the history of the world? What shall be its revelation in our individual history?" (Lt2, 1900) While we can't predict what will happen this coming year, we can control our individual history. One way is by dedicating ourselves "anew to God—soul, body, heart, and strength." By doing so, we choose to follow the biblical commandment to love God "with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength," as recorded in Deuteronomy 6:4-5 and Mark 12:30. Verse 31 continues, "This is the first commandment, and the second, like it, is this: 'You shall love your neighbour as yourself.'" This command is still relevant for us today. But what does it mean to "love your neighbour as yourself"? It reminds us of the story of the good Samaritan who helped the man in need. Like him, we should also help relieve the suffering of the people around us. But we are called to do more. Ellen White wrote in the Review and Heard, February 5, 1884: "Dear brethren and sisters, when you become imbued with the missionary spirit, when you learn to love your neighbors as yourself, you will not be content to see souls perishing all around you without doing all you can to save them." But we can't do this by ourselves. Zechariah 4:6 says, "Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit." For such a time as this, let us show love to our neighbours by proclaiming God's final messages of love to the world—the three angels' messages—proclaiming the everlasting gospel, worshipping God as our Creator, and recognizing that the time of His judgement has come. And let us receive the seal of God rather than the mark of the beast. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-AfcY2Nzz8
Bitterness No More: Life Free From Bitterness and Being Captives of Sin #shorts
Suffer no more! Take Jesus as your personal Savior. Set yourself free from the captivity of sin. Freedom is the best gift we can ever receive. We don't have to worry, Jesus already purchased it for us. It’s free! We only need to accept it! When our first parents, Adam and Eve fell into temptation, the world forever changed. We have all suffered from the consequences of sin. But despite our shortcomings, our Heavenly Father cannot just see us from His place in heaven, He is always with us. Jesus' sacrifice for us frees us from being captives to sin. Cast away the bitterness of your life now and accept God's offer for a FREE GIFT of life and happiness. You do not need to suffer being a prisoner of sin. We only need to have an ear that hears God's voice and a heart willing to receive the blessing of eternal life. #shorts #BitternessofSin #BitternessofSlavery #ChristSacrificedforUs Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KI9UwvOPnSY
