#Dearcoronavirus – Here is a Strong Message From our Medical Heroes
Many countries are finding ways to thank their health workers as they continue to save lives during this coronavirus pandemic. We know that giving thanks is a real encouragement. We too want to give our support.
#dearcoronavirus #5 visits with medical staff from 15 countries to share their commitment and passion during this difficult time. With a mixture of front-line staff dealing directly with the virus, to those who still take a daily risk working in midwifery, psycho-sociological support for girls with eating disorders, or in general surgery, these brave men and women don’t see themselves as heroes but do recognize the extra challenges to their lives, their careers and their families as they continue to serve their communities. This is a video with real doctors and nurses, working in real situations, expressing their care, and giving us, world-wide, an opportunity to say ‘thank you’. UPLOAD THIS TO YOUR OWN CHANNEL

The Origin and Nature of the Bible
Why must the Scripture be foundational to our faith? Without it, where would we be? The way we see and understand the origin and nature of Scripture greatly impacts the role that the Bible plays in our lives and in the church at large. When we want to understand Scripture correctly, we first of all need to allow the Bible to determine the basic parameters of how it should be treated. Our interpretation of Scripture needs to take seriously the divine-human dimension of God’s Word. This week we will look at some foundational aspects of the origin and nature of the Bible that should impact our interpretation and understanding of it. Discover the Uniqueness of the Bible for Yourself
Jesus Himself referred to the Scriptures all the time, especially in terms of prophecy being fulfilled. What then should our attitude be toward the Bible? Composed of 66 books, and written over 1,500 years on three continents (Asia, Africa, and Europe) by more than forty authors, the Bible is unique. There is no other book, sacred or religious, like it. And no wonder. After all, it is the Word of God. The Bible was the first book known to be translated, the first book in the West published on the printing press, and the first book to be so widely distributed in so many languages that it can be read by 95 percent of the earth’s population today. The Bible also is unique in its content and message, which focuses on God’s redemptive acts in history. That history is intertwined with prophecy, as it foretells the future of God’s plans and His eternal kingdom. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is getting used to the “new normal.” People who are used to working in teams and in offices are now working from home! On this segment of ANN Live, we talk to Arnaldo, a communication contractor who works out of his home and Nicole Watson, associate director for Marketing and Development for ADRA International, who is getting used to working at home and having to help her two kids who are home from school. From them, we’ll hear not only tips and best practices they’ve learned from working at home, but also things they’re struggling with! And we talk to Torben Bergland, an associate of Health Ministries for the Seventh-day Adventist Church, about developing and keeping good working habits while we are at home, and how to make sure we’re not falling into bad habits that can sneak up on us while we are isolated from others.
