Man Accused of Exposing Himself to Washington Adventist University Student

26 November 2018 | A female Washington Adventist University student has accused an unknown man of exposing himself to her as she was walking toward a campus dorm on Saturday night, November 17. According to ABC7, investigators described the man as black with “blood shot” eyes, dressed in a gray sweatshirt and black shorts.
