One unforgettable night in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, we witnessed the power of the gospel in action. Over 1,000 people gathered for a bold, Spirit-filled evangelistic campaign—hearts were opened, lives were changed and seminarians were ignited with fresh passion for mission. As they preached in the field, they too were transformed. This is more than an event—it is a movement to finish the work in this generation. Whether by air, land or sea, God is calling laborers into His harvest. How Defending the Sabbath Led to an Unexpected Blessing | AWR360°
Yuri’s greatest challenge came when his work schedule conflicted with his commitment to honor the Sabbath. Completely dependent on his employer, he could have compromised, but instead, he stood firm for God’s commandments. Yuri’s loyalty was rewarded when his boss granted him a new schedule that no longer conflicted with Sabbath hours. This inspiring testimony reminds us of the blessings that come from obedience to God. From War to Hope
Luatu is an Adventist young man from Myanmar. When war broke out in his country, he took his family and fled, finding refuge in the neighboring country of Thailand. But he felt a deep love and concern for the people he’d left behind in war-torn Myanmar. What could he do to help them? Luatu decided to take the AWR SULADS training course, which is a mission initiative supported by AWR and the Adventist Church. It’s about reaching people in remote communities and in difficult circumstances and teaching them life skills. This includes sustainable farming, health practices, and above all, spiritual guidance and biblical instruction. Luatu decided to open his humble home to 22 refugee children from Myanmar. Because of the instability of war, they’re unable to receive an education in their country, so every week they travel to Luatu’s home where they are properly fed and nurtured, are taught life skills, and receive an education. But above all, they learn about their Friend Jesus. Watch this video and be inspired by the transformational power of love. Yours in the Blessed Hope, Duane McKey

After attending the Christ for Europe series, she fulfilled her dream of being baptized at youth camp. Similarly, Yuri, a 31-year-old from Ukraine, was led to a life-changing decision through an encounter with a Seventh-day Adventist pastor, which sparked his journey into Bible studies and baptism. Witness how God leads people of all ages to stand firm and walk in truth.
