Dusanka Rancić was voted as the new Editor of the Stanborough Press at the last British Union Conference Executive Committee in June. She is the first female editor of ‘the Press’, holds a BA in Theology from the Theological Seminary, Belgrade, Serbia and Griggs University, Maryland, USA, and an MA in Theology (Old Testament Studies) from Newbold College.

Former Youth Directors are now Retirees’ Chaplains
Retired church leaders, Drs Paul Tompkins and Des Boldeau, former Youth Directors of the British Union Conference, were voted as chaplains for the 425 retired church employees in the territory by the Union Executive Committee in June. Both Paul and Des have served youth, Pathfinders, and teens in local churches and at the South England Conference as Directors. Paul also served as the Youth Director for the Trans-European Division before becoming President of the Scottish Mission.

Reflecting Hope in the Emerald Isle

Willesden Expands its Influence
The Willesden Seventh-day Adventist church held a dedication service for their newly installed community kitchen and minivan on Sunday 18 June 2023 with over 50 people in attendance.
In his opening remarks, local church pastor, Dr Mario Phillip, expressed his gratitude to God for the effective outreach of the church members in meeting presenting needs of their community.
