In a high-level strategy meeting held Monday, 16 January, at the South England Conference office, Adventist leaders met with Hertfordshire Police force and NHS personnel to discuss the Mental Health agenda for communities within its region.
Enoch Kanagaraj, founder and CEO of One Vision charity, scheduled the meeting to allow our Church to interface with leading community figures, bringing the faith and cultural element to their decision-making.

An ITV News broadcast on Sunday, 8 January 2023, featured the exceptional community outreach of the Tottenham Lighthouse Adventist church in their response to the cost-of-living crisis. Interviewed also was the church pastor – Dr Jude Jeanville, who shared the ethos for reaching out with tangible resources to those in need through their church Food Hub.

Hundreds of youths and young adults gathered at the Rock Tower in Tufnell Park on Sabbath, 31 December 2022, for the last South England Conference (SEC) Youth Day of Fellowship for the year.

The news media pumps out sadness day after day. Our emotions are bombarded with images of war, forecasts of imminent economic crises and reports of humanitarian disasters. Our sensibilities are overshadowed by the politics that dominate major events, and our journeys by plane, car and train are hindered by increased security checks, staffing strikes and overzealous environmental campaigners.
