Despite stringent lockdown restrictions throughout the nation during the coronavirus pandemic, Maranatha Volunteer International’s local crews in India have continued to move the mission forward where permitted. Adventist humanitarian agency installs portable sinks in Recife
Joining forces in the fight against the spread of the coronavirus, the Adventist Development and Relief Agency in Brazil (ADRA) installed public “solidarity sinks” May 19, in the São José neighborhood, in Recife, Brazil’s fourth-largest city. The action is a protective measure for people on the street and takes into account the risk of contamination and the importance of hygiene for the whole society.

Bible school in Paraguay celebrates first online graduation
The Nuevo Tiempo Paraguay Bible School recently held its first online graduation. In this distinguished event, 20 graduates received a Certificate of Participation for successfully completing the series of Bible studies.
The Bible school began the course, “Apocalypse: Revelations of Hope,” on Wednesday, March 24, through the Zoom application. Thanks to this method, many students from within the country and abroad could ask questions and debate virtually in the different lessons.
