Record keeps members connected during COVID-19
Churches in Western Australia are using Adventist Record to connect with their members, especially those who may not be internet savvy, while churches remain closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
“Many of our churches are dropping off the Record at members’ homes, letting them know they are cared for,” said Pastor Steve Goods, WA Conference president.

Fostering hope in Alaska’s Native American communities
“I understand you want to be a foster mom,” said the woman who knocked on Shoni Evans’ front door in a small community in Alaska.
“I . . . maybe,” Evans replied nervously.
“Well, these two babies need a foster mom,” the woman said insistently.
Evans had seen the native babies before with their foster mom at the local Adventist church she attended. But during this reintroduction, the woman holding them brought them into the Evans’ home and laid them on the couch along with medical equipment.

Adventist youth’s call-in prayer center draws attention
