In Peru, 300 Find Free Mental Health Support from the Seventh-day Adventist Church
Mental health professionals who are also members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Peru are doing their part to assist the nation’s citizens during the emotional crisis brought on by the novel coronavirus and associated COVID-19 disease. Some 300 Peruvians have received free counseling through a service established by the Adventist Church there that links telephone callers with 70 professionals.
