Adventist school expands drastically in Jordan
A Seventh-day Adventist school operating for 78 years in the Middle Eastern country of Jordan has doubled in size as it grows its curriculum to include after-school classes on health, language, and music for the local community.

Stand Together – 75 years since Auschwitz
It is 75 years since the liberation of Auschwitz by Soviet troops on January, 27 1945. There are now few survivors. Fewer to tell the story. It is a horror that has haunted history and blemished Europe. Adventists had a small part in that story—some hiding and protecting Jews, some ending up in the death camps themselves.

President of the Seventh-day Adventist World Church sends letter of encouragement to members in Burundi.

On October 24, the president of the Burundi Union Mission, pastor Lamec Barishinga, was arrested. Kari Paulsen, wife of former Seventh-day Adventist World Church President, passes away.
Kari Paulsen, wife of Pastor Jan Paulsen, former president of the Seventh-day Adventist World Church, passed away in Norway, January 10. Pastor Paulsen was by her side.
