Nearly 5 million people have tested positive for COVID-19 and 323,000 have died. With new symptoms and complications arising, and a lack of verified treatment, physicians and scientists are puzzled and frustrated. Why are some adult patients developing respiratory failure with ARDS while others are struck with systemic vasculitis with resultant thrombosis (blood clots) and resultant heart attacks and strokes? Additionally, despite early expectations that children were not at particular risk for COVID-19, recent reports from Europe and New York indicate that school-aged children and teenagers are developing a rapidly declining life-threatening complication referred to as Kawasaki-Like Syndrome or Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children (MIS-C), also with vasculitis and cardiac involvement. Some have proposed that the link between vasculitis in the pediatric and adult population seems to be autoimmune, or a self-attack of the immune system, but why? What is the best form of prevention and treatment for COVID-19 self-attack? High meat consumption has long demonstrated a worsened autoimmune response. In contrast, a plant-based diet has been shown in many cases to be protective and therapeutic. Does this apply to COVID-19? Sabbath School Lesson: When God Made the Earth Part 2
Many famous thinkers in the past read the #Bible. They learned how #God made the earth. This Bible truth made them excited to learn more about nature. So, they started to explore God’s work. Their research led to the start of modern science. Some of these scientists were Johannes #Kepler, Isaac #Newton, John Ray, and Robert Boyle. These scientists believed that their work showed humans even more about the work that God made. After the French Revolution, #science changed. Scientists stopped believing in God. Scientists did not include God in their work. Charles #Darwin made this new idea popular in his book On the Origin of Species (1859). Since that time, science has moved far away from the Bible. Because of this, people no longer believe in the #Genesis story. They say it is a made-up story that does not show us real history.
Does the Bible teach that idea? Was the Bible’s story about how life started on this earth a story that God’s people took from the people around them? Or does the story in Genesis really show us a view about how life started? Can we trust the Bible? Is its information true?

Leena abruptly turned to her friends, Anneli and Timo, during a Bible study in her apartment in Raahe, a Finnish town located about 370 miles (600 kilometers) north of the capital, Helsinki.
“I have a bad feeling,” she said. “Let’s pray.”
The three university students sank onto their knees. At that moment, a tall dark figure burst into the living room and darted over to Anneli. She reeled in stark horror as the dark figure tried to grab her.
