Sometimes the hardest places to reach with the gospel message are not in the distant regions of the world, but right in our own backyard. And often, the difficulty is not geography, but culture. That’s why I’m thrilled to announce that Adventist World Radio is expanding its reach in a country with its own set of challenges, but with tremendous promise. I’m referring to America. Beginning this year, we are partnering with Pastor Mark Finley and the Salem Radio Network to reach the major cities of America. From Seattle to Boston to Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles and Houston (to name a few), we now have a potential listening audience of more than 100 million people! This is an opportunity we haven’t had before. There are 25 major markets in America, and thanks to this partnership, we are now in 17 of them. The radio programs are already having a huge response, with the topics of health and prophecy being among the most popular.
