On Tuesday 5 July, Robert Voss CBE CStJ, HM Lord-Lieutenant of Hertfordshire, unveiled a Covid-19 memorial plaque at the Watford Peace Hospice Care.
The partnership plaque donated by One Vision charity, was given to commemorate the lives lost during the pandemic and to recognise the collaborative work various groups undertook to support those impacted by Covid-19.

Heat
The heat hit me as I left the air-conditioned truck when we arrived in Batha in the Sahel region of Chad. I was here to launch a project ADRA had started to give people access to toilet facilities. The hot wind was incredible. I was ushered to a Bedouin hut for cover, and I must say, inside the hut it was comfortable. A breeze from various directions cooled the dwelling down.

GC Session: Not just a meeting but a window into an unwritten future
On 6 June 2022, the global gathering of Adventist delegates opened the 61st General Conference Session. Since I was asked to write a reflection piece on the Session, I thought I would focus on the experience as a life-long Adventist, but a first-time delegate.

Cardiff Church Hosts Welsh Mission Triennial Session
Delegates from 18 churches across the 700-strong Welsh Mission (WM) met at the Cardiff Adventist church for their Triennial Session on Sunday 26 June.
