Almost immediately the General Conference Session opened, an invitation was extended to a special guest – the Holy Spirit. Not perhaps the most unusual action, but one taken to signify as ever the primary agenda for the session – mission.

Elder Ted Wilson re-elected to lead the Adventist World Church
Delegates at the 2022 GC Session voted at the end of the first day of proceedings to re-elect Elder Ted N. C. Wilson as president of the General Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church for the next term.
After the votes, Wilson addressed the delegates, emphasizing the theme, “Jesus is Coming! Get Involved!”

Forth Valley District in Scotland celebrates eight baptisms
One year almost to the week from the reopening of our churches from COVID in 2021, the Forth Valley District of the Scottish Mission (Edinburgh, Scotland), welcomed eight new persons into our global fellowship of believers. Four of the baptisms were done indoors at the Hope House Dunfermline Church.
