I have studied with people who tell me that even though they stopped smoking, the desire to smoke always remains. One man told me, “I will always be a smoker. Hymn 109, “Marvelous Grace of our Loving Lord” comes directly from the introduction to the weeks’ lesson study and threads its way through the lesson study for the whole week.
