An elegant bread for special occasions or guests. Impress them with these rolls at your next dinner or function.
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm can (4 oz) chopped black olives
1 sm can (4 oz) chopped green olives
6 green onion tops, chopped
1 can (4 oz) mild green chilies, chopped
1 8oz can of tomato sauce
1/3 C salad oil
1 tsp garlic powder
3 hard boiled eggs
18 hard Vienna/Italian rolls
Combine cheese, olives, onions, green chilies, sauce, oil, garlic powder, and eggs in large mixing bowl. Remove center know from rolls or cut a circle out of each bun the size of an egg. Reserve bread tops. Stuff filling into each roll, replace a top on each roll. Wrap in foil. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
