2018 seems to have been a bumper year for Adventist believers visiting Israel.  There is something special about walking were Jesus walked, taking a boat trip on Galilee, or worshiping on the Mount of Beatitudes.  And what can be more moving than celebrating communion near the garden tomb – remembering a Savior who did more than die on a cross – but who overcame death to give us resurrection hope.

Tsunami kills hundreds in Indonesia; ADRA responding

A powerful 7.5 magnitude earthquake in Indonesia triggered a powerful tsunami that killed nearly 400 people in the hard-hit town of Palu and nearby areas in central Sulawesi leaving hundreds missing and injured. The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) is deploying emergency response teams to the disaster area to provide rapid aid to the people most affected by this tragedy.

Ted Wilson inspired by Belgrade Community Center

When you have been inspired you need to visit.  That was the case for Pastor Ted Wilson during his visit to the European Pastors’ Council in Belgrade, Serbia, 28 August – 2 September 2018.  He specifically asked to visit the nearby ADRA Community Centre for refugees.
